Yoghurt Lamb Burger

|
1. Lightly season Lamb with the lemon pepper and bbq to your liking.
2. Quarter capsicum and remove seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and cook on hot bbq char grill until tender.
3. Combine garlic and chopped chives with yoghurt in a small bowl.
4. Split the buns and toast on bbq.
5. Dress each bun with salad, a slice of capsicum, lamb and top with a dollop of the yogurt sauce.
