1. Lightly season chicken and bbq.
2. Combine chopped chives and garlic with yoghurt in a small bowl.
3. Split bun and toast on bbq.
4. Dress bun with slices of tomato and beetroot topped with lettuce, chicken and a dollop of yogurt sauce.
