1. In a pan heat a little olive oil, add diced onion, garlic and diced chilli,
sauté till transparent.
2. Add tuna and whole peeled tomatoes.
3. Thicken with tomato paste and season to taste. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Heat taco shells in a preheated oven as per directions.
5. To serve spoon in tuna mix followed by shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, grated cheese, sour cream and sprinkle shallots over top.
Can be served with any extra ingredients you or the kids like.
