1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook spaghetti till
al dente (you can use you choice of spaghetti)
2. Finely dice onion.
3. In a pan heat butter add garlic and onion cook till transparent, add diced chicken and bacon
sauté till tender.
4. Add wine and reduce by half, add cream and reduce till thick.
5. Add thyme and sliced banana, serve on a bed of spaghetti.
