Steamed Chocolate Puddings

|
Preheat oven to 170°C.
1. Using beaters on medium speed, cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
2. Gradually add eggs, beating well after each addition.
3. Sift in flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well.
4. Stir in milk and chocolate chips.
5. Spoon mix evenly into greased individual dishes.
6. Place into a water bath and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve while still warm with a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream.
