1. Heat oil in pan and gently fry chilli, ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes. 2. Add sauces and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Heat oil in wok. Add seafood and cook for 1-2 minutes 4. Add sauce and beans and cook for a further 5 minutes.
