1. Cook rice as per packet directions. 2. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in pan and gently fry chilli, ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add sauces and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok, add peeled prawns and cook until just pink. 4. Add sauce and beans and cook, tossing regularly for a further 5 minutes. 5. Serve on a bed of rice.
