1. Heat oil in a small pan and gently fry sliced chilli, ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes. 2. Add sweet chilli and tomato sauces and simmer for 5 minutes. Set sauce aside. 3. Prepare rice as per packet instructions. 4. Heat oil in wok, add beef and cook until brown. 5. Add the sauce, palm sugar and sliced beans and cook until beans turn bright green and are just tender. Serve with rice.
