1. Heat oil in wok. Add sliced onion and
sauté until brown.
2. Add crushed garlic, ginger, chilli and turmeric. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add peeled prawns, cleaned mussels and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add seafood mix and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
5. Add all of the remaining ingredients, simmer for 2-3 minutes, and ensure mussels have opened.
Serve.
