Pre-heat oven to 220ÂșC
1. Peel and devein prawns.
2. Brush bases with combined melted butter and garlic.
3. Spread satay sauce on bases.
4. Lay prawns over base in a single layer.
5. Top with a little cheese.
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese in melted and golden.
Makes a great starer for BBQ's or a meal in its self.
