A great starter or a meal on its own

1. Preheat oven to 200
2. Combine olive oil, tomato paste and garlic. Spread over Turkish bread.
3. Spread remaining ingredients on top finishing off with a light layer of the cheese.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
