Pre heat BBQ plate.
1. Halve rolls and slice tomato and layer onto rolls along with lettuce.
2. Slice onion into rings and separate. Add balsamic vinegar to onion and let stand for 1 minute.
3. BBQ pork steaks until tender. Remove from heat, cover with foil and allow to rest.
4. While the meat is resting, add onions to BBQ and toss. When they start to soften add brown sugar and continue to stir until the onions are tender and caramelised, 3-4 minutes.
5. Top rolls with the pork, onions and a dollop of satay sauce.
