Serves: 9
1. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. 2. Process pitted olives, cheese, garlic and oil until smooth. 3. Lay out pastry sheets and spread evenly with olive mixture. 4. Roll opposite sides of the pastry into the centre until they meet. 5. Cut into 1.5cm slices. 6. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between each roll. 7. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Can be served hot or cold.
