|
1. Arrange desired quantity of corn chips onto large microwave safe plate and add half of the cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
2. Add dollops of refried beans and remaining cheese. Microwave for a further minute or until cheese is melted.
3. Add guacamole, salsa and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with sliced shallots and serve.
GUACAMOLE
1. Remove avocado seed and skin.
2. Add avocado, garlic, chilli and lemon to a bowl and mash until smooth.
3. Stir through chives then add to nachos.
