Moroccan Beef Salad

Serves: 4
1. In a bowl mix together the beef, 1 slice of the capsicum diced, crushed garlic, half of the sliced chilli, honey, cumin, ginger and turmeric. Let sit for about 15 minutes at room temperature. 2. In a large salad bowl toss together the salad of the lettuce mix, sun-dried tomatoes, diced fetta, olives, sliced capsicum, lemon zest and diced cucumber. 3. In a pan heat a little olive oil to hot and add beef mix and stir vigorously until tender. Remove from heat. 4. Arrange salad onto serving plates and top with beef. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with shallots and the remaining slices of fresh chilli.
