1. Divide berries into 6 individual serving dishes or wine glasses.
2. Combine wine, 3 teaspoons of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice and sugar in a bowl.
3. Add cream to mix and beat until soft peaks form in mixture.
4. Spoon evenly over berries and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
