Cooking time 12 minutes
|
|
1. Soak wooden skewers in salted water for approximately 1 hour, this prevents splintering of the wood.
2. Cut capsicum into squares and onion into quarters.
3. Put skewers together, lamb, onion, capsicum repeat until skewer is full.
4. Cook rice as per the packet instructions.
5. SAUCE
In a bowl combine yoghurt, cumin powder, garlic, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper and shredded basil leaves
6. Grill kebabs on hot bbq plate to your liking.
7. Serve by laying kebabs on a bed of basmati rice and pour a little of the sauce over the kebabs.
