Pre-heat oven to 180ÂșC
1. In a bowl mix tomato paste, bbq sauce and garlic.
2. Slice cob loaf, rub one side of cob slice with olive oil and sear on hot plate.
3. On uncooked side spread bbq sauce mix evenly.
4. Break up bbq chicken into pieces. Spread chicken over base and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake in oven for 6 minutes and serve.
