1. Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh and mash in a medium size bowl.
2. Dice onion and tomato, combine with avos and remaining ingredients.
3. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with your choice of chips, crackers or slices of carrot, celery and capsicum.
Tip- you can make the dip your own favourite by changing the amount of lemon, pepper or chilli.
