Guacamole and Torte Chips

|
Pre-heat oven to 180 °C.
Avocado Dip
1. De-skin and remove seed form avocados.
2. Place avocado, chilli and a teaspoon of garlic in food processor. While blending add lemon juice and continue to blend until smooth.
3. Place into serving bowl and add chopped chives and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Torte Chips
1. Lightly brush or spray tortillas with olive oil and rub with a cut garlic clove.
2. Cut tortillas into wedges and place on baking tray in oven until golden brown. Allow to cool then serving with dip.
