A great summer treat
1. In a bowl mix the refried beans and the drained four bean mix. 2. Heat taco shells in a preheated oven as per directions. 3. To serve spoon in bean mix followed by shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, grated cheese, salsa, sour cream and sprinkle sliced shallots over the top.
