|
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. Place pizza base on pizza tray.
3. Mix tomato paste and bbq sauce together in a bowl. Spread evenly over pizza base.
4. Into a bowl slice bananas lengthways and cut into 3cm pieces. Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon over the banana to prevent discolouring.
5. Sauté chicken pieces in a little butter and garlic till tender.
6. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over base, add chicken mix and another layer of cheese. Add sliced banana.
7. Peel the prawns, but leave the tails on and de-vein.
8. Arrange butterfly shaped cooked king prawns (tail bent back over and pinned into front of the prawn) around the pizza. You will get approximately eight slices giving one prawn per slice.
9. Lightly sprinkle with remaining cheese.
10. Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Serve dressed with lemon wedges and herb bread.
