Preheat oven to 180°C 1. Sift flour and cocoa together and mix in sugar. 2. Whisk egg, melted butter and milk together, add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. 3. Pour into oven proof pudding dish. Sauce 1. Add remaining 2 tablespoons or cocoa and half cup sugar to mixing bowl and gradually add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water stirring until ingredients are dissolved. 2. Pour sauce over pudding mix and bake for 40 minutes or until a metal skewer comes out clean. Serve hot with ice cream if desired. Left overs can be reheated in the microwave.
