A great Sunday breakfast treat
|
|
Whisk eggs together, add milk and cheese mix well. If desired season well with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in pan, pour in egg mix. Let cook 2-3 minutes before stirring. For best results work from one side of the pan to the other with a spatula. Cook 5-7 minutes or until egg solidifies.
