Great for BBQ's
1. Combine beef, sherry, bicarb soda and sauces and marinate for at least 20 minutes, preferably overnight. 2. Soak skewers in water to prevent them from burning. 3. Cut onion and mushrooms into quarters. 4. Thread beef, mushrooms and onions onto skewers and brush with oil. 5. Cook on BBQ to your liking.
