Chicken and Pork Adobo and Veges

Serves: 4
1. Cook rice as desired. 2. Steam or microwave vegetables. 3. Place remaining ingredients into a large saucepan with 1.25 cups of water and bring to the boil. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes until meat is tender. Serve meat and vegetables on a bed of rice drizzled with some of the adobo liquid.
