Chicken and Corn Burritos

Ready in 20 minutes
|
|
1. Preheat oven to 150ÂșC.
2. Break bbq chicken into pieces and drain corn kernels.
3. In a bowl mix chicken, refried beans and half the corn.
4. Lay burritos flat and spoon filling down the centre.
5. Roll burritos and place on a baking tray side by side, drizzle salsa over burritos length ways.
6. Sprinkle remaining corn kernels and cheese on top.
7. Bake for 10 minutes and serve.
