Chicken Drumsticks with Chilli Mango Salsa

|
1. BBQ chicken drumsticks until well browned and cooked.
While drumsticks are cooking prepair salsa.
1. In a medium bowl combine the diced mango, finely chopped shallots, onion, seeded and diced tomato, finely diced capsicum, chopped coriander and chilli.
2. Mix gently and season to taste.
Serve drumsticks covered in salsa with torn bread stick.
