Char Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Lime Butter Sauce

1. To prepare Atlantic Salmon make sure skin is off, rub salmon with a good quality olive oil. 2. On your bbq char side, cook serve side of salmon first. Turn when desired. Remember salmon is best served rare 3. In a pan squeeze the juice of the lemon and lime, add chicken stock and a dash of white wine and simmer, reduce by half. 4. While whisking add butter to reduction to thicken. Add dill just before serving. 5. To serve, pour sauce on plate and place salmon on top, serve.
