Cajun Chicken with Cucumber and Avocado Salsa

1. Generously coat chicken with cajun. Cook on a hot, well oiled pan or BBQ until blackened.
SALSA
In a medium bowl juice half the lemon. Finely dice cucumber and avocado then combine with remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Serve chicken topped with salsa.
