1. Crumb bread slices. 2. Combine bread crumbs, mince, finely diced onion, pepper, egg and sauces in a bowl and divide into 4 portions. 3. Heat BBQ or frying pan. Cook portions and flatten into burger patties. Serve on hamburger buns with remaining ingredients and your choice of sauce.
