Banana and Choc Chip Muffins

Bake for 30 minutes
|
|
Pre heat oven to 180˚C
1. Combine all the dry ingredients.
2. Mash the bananas and mix through dry ingredients.
3. Separate egg yolks and set aside.
4. Add milk, melted butter, egg yolks and choc chips and fold together.
5. Whisk egg whites until firm and fold into mixture.
6. Divide mixture into muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes.
