BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

Cooking time 40 minutes

Pre-heat oven to 160°C
1. Place ribs onto baking tray and set aside.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Generously coat ribs with bbq sauce and place in oven.
4. Cook slowly for approximately 40 minutes, re-baste occasionally while cooking.
5. Once cooked, baste once more and serve with remaining bbq sauce.
