BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ready in under 20 minutes
|
|
1. Pre heat oven or covered BBQ to 250˚C.
2. Spread sauce evenly over tortillas right to the edge.
3. Break chicken into pieces and spread over tortillas.
4. Slice tomatoes and avocado. Lay pieces alternating between tomato and avocado on top of chicken.
5. Combine cheeses and basil and sprinkle over each pizza.
Cook for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp.
TIP- If cooking on a BBQ, be careful not to burn the bottom of the tortilla by having the heat directly under the pizza too high.
