Apple and Berry Crumble

Cooking time 30 minutes

|
Pre heat oven to 180˚C.
1. Peel, core and dice apples.
2. Combine fruit and sugar in ovenproof dish.
3. Chop macadamia nuts.
4. Combine with remaining ingredients ensuring all ingredients are evenly moistened.
5. Spread over fruit and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with a small scoop of ice cream if desired.
